Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Sprayground box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.
Hand Over to Courier
Once your request is approved, our local GCC courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient pickup from your doorstep.
Quality Check & Refund
After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
